📦 Delivery Information
Dear customers,
During the summer season, all deliveries are made exclusively via SmartPost parcel machines. This ensures the high quality of our chocolate products is maintained in hot weather.
Delivery time: 2–5 business days

You can also pick up your order in person at:

🔄 Refund Policy 

If you have damaged packaging and products, please contact us about the problem by e-mail at info@florencechocolate.lv and send the damaged goods, including the order confirmation, to:

Any return of goods must be formally agreed between FLORENCE CHOCOLATE and the customer and must be returned within 7 days of agreement. Refunds will not be accepted after this period. After receiving the returned goods, the online store will calculate, but no later than 14 working days.
